■風呂・タトゥーのあるお客様
暴力団、反社会的勢力、及びその関係者の入館は、国籍に関わらず一切お断りいたします
それ以外の一般のお客様は、タトゥーがあっても入館可能です。
ただし、トラブル回避のため入館時にフロントに申告をお願いします。

■喫煙者には不向きな宿
1泊素泊まりが基本の宿です。
全館全面禁煙（電子煙草も含む）の宿泊施設です。
館内に喫煙スペースは一切ございません。　
社員にも全員禁煙を義務づけております。
煙草を愛するお客様には誠に申し訳ございません。
暴力団、反社会的勢力、及びその関係者の入館は、国籍に関わらず一切お断りいたします。
それ以外の一般のお客様は、タトゥーがあっても入館可能です。
ただし、トラブル回避のため入館時にフロントに申告をお願いします。

In recent years, the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan has increased rapidly.
Some of them have tattoos on their bodies based on the culture and customs of the country.

Many people cannot take a bath at inns or public baths.
Also, the number of young people getting fashion tattoos in Japan is increasing.

In the Showa era, people with tattoos had a bad image, like yakuza.

However, we are not in an era where tattoos themselves are considered problematic.

We would like foreign customers with tattoos to experience Japanese hot spring culture as well.

KOITO Ryokan are OK with tattoos under the following conditions.

■ Customers with baths and tattoos
We will refuse any entry of gangsters, antisocial forces, and related persons regardless of nationality. Other general customers can enter even if there is a tattoo.
However, in order to avoid problems, please file a declaration to the reception desk at the entrance.

■ Suitable for smokers
It is an accommodation with basic nights staying for one night.
The whole building is non smoking (including electronic tobacco) accommodation.
There is no smoking space in the hotel. In case
All employees are obliged to quit smoking.
I truly apologize for customers who love cigarettes.
